These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grammar AI Lab ("GAIL," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-assisted language service operated from Bangkok, Thailand. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
GAIL provides AI-assisted grammar correction, translation, rewriting, vocabulary, and related language features. We may update, add, remove, suspend, or change features, usage limits, and availability as the Service develops. Some features may be in beta and may not operate as intended.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. This is GAIL's minimum account age, not a statement that users aged 13 can independently consent to personal-data processing or enter contracts in every jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires parental or legal guardian authorization, you must obtain it before using the Service.
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to maintain appropriate security. You must not misrepresent your age or identity or create multiple free accounts to bypass usage limits.
You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
"User Content" means text, documents, prompts, instructions, and other content you submit to the Service. You retain your rights in User Content. You grant GAIL a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and your available choices.
GAIL does not claim ownership of User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to submit User Content and request its processing. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, regulated, or third-party personal information unless you have a legitimate reason and appropriate authority to do so.
GAIL uses multiple AI service providers to process User Content and generate the requested result. Whether a given feature's provider may use your content to train its models varies by feature — some do, some explicitly don't. See the Privacy Policy for details on how this works and how to ask about a specific feature.
AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, bias, or inappropriate suggestions. You must review output before relying on it, publishing it, submitting it, or using it for important decisions. We do not guarantee that output will be accurate, complete, original, appropriate, or fit for a particular purpose. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users.
Free accounts may be subject to daily or feature-based limits displayed in the Service. If paid plans become available, the applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, tax, and refund terms will be presented before payment is collected and may supplement these Terms.
You may delete your account through available account controls or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, security risk, fraud, legal requirement, or eligibility issue. If we learn that an account does not meet the minimum age requirement, we may suspend or delete it and take appropriate steps to protect the user's personal information.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and other materials excluding User Content, is owned by or licensed to GAIL and protected by applicable law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit those materials.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAIL disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAIL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and, where required or appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
